Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure forms of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • Bank Transfers: ACH or Wire Transfer

  • Certified Checks or Banker’s Checks

  • Zelle or PayPal: By request (for select orders under $10,000)

  • Financing Options: Available for qualified business clients (contact us for details)

Note: Cash payments are not accepted due to security and documentation policies.

2. Payment Terms

  • Standard Orders (In-Stock Units):
    Full payment is required before delivery is scheduled.

  • Custom Orders / Modified Containers:
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order.
    The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to shipping.

  • Bulk or Commercial Orders:
    Payment terms may vary based on volume, contract agreements, or client history. Contact our team for tailored invoicing.

3. Sales Tax

ContainexHub complies with all applicable state and local tax regulations.

  • Sales tax is applied based on the delivery address and type of product/service.

  • Tax-exempt organizations must provide valid documentation prior to payment to avoid charges.

4. Late Payments & Non-Payment

  • Orders not paid within agreed timeframes are subject to cancellation or delay.

  • Balances past due more than 15 days may incur late fees of 1.5% per month (18% annually).

  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel orders until balances are resolved.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Standard Units (not yet shipped): Eligible for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

  • Custom or Modified Orders:
    Deposits are non-refundable once fabrication begins.
    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.

6. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All online payments are encrypted and processed through secure third-party gateways.

  • For high-value orders, we may request additional identity verification before releasing the product.

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. Financing (Coming Soon)

We are currently working with financing partners to offer flexible monthly payment plans for qualified U.S. customers. Check back soon or contact our sales team for updates.
